Sitting at 9,000 feet, Main Lodge is a Mammoth classic. It’s the launch point for the Panorama Gondola to the summit and home to Unbound Main Park. Easy to reach by car or transit, and always buzzing.
Canyon is one of the easiest lodges to hit thanks to the Village Gondola, and gives you quick access to a huge variety of terrain, making it a favorite basecamp for riders who want options without long traverses.
A favorite for families and mixed-skill riders. Eagle offers easy beginner terrain plus quick access to Lincoln Mountain’s steeps. Located next to Juniper Springs Resort and accessible by car or transit.
The Outpost at Mammoth Mountain is a scenic on-mountain stop known for its relaxed atmosphere and sweeping mountain views. It is a favorite place to refuel between runs, offering grilled cheese sandwiches, hearty soups, and craft brews that hit the spot. With an easygoing setting and a convenient location along popular trails, The Outpost is an ideal place to pause, recharge, and enjoy the mountain.
Need a mid-mountain meetup? The Mill is your spot. Grab food, warm up, regroup, and get back out there for another lap (or three).
McCoy Station is a popular mid-mountain stop, offering a place to rest and refuel and access to the Panorama Gondola for a ride to the summit. Inside, the McCoy Museum highlights the legacy of Dave McCoy, Mammoth Mountain’s founder, sharing the history of the resort and the people who helped shape it.
Mammoth Mountain’s Summit is one of the most iconic spots on the mountain, known for its sweeping views and unforgettable photo opportunities. Accessible via the Panorama Gondola, which begins at Main Lodge, the Summit offers an easy way to experience Mammoth’s highest point without needing to ride the terrain.
